TEACHING PEDAGOGIES IN THE NEW NORMAL

This study explores numerous effective teaching pedagogies in online and blended learning, promoting student engagement improving outcomes. It identifies flipped classrooms, active gamification, collaborative project-based inquiry-based personalized learning as strategies. These enhance engagement, motivation, critical thinking across various subjects. The findings suggest that multiple can be based on context needs. Collaboration, technology are highlighted crucial elements. Teacher training support emphasized for successful implementation environments. contributes insights educators, policymakers, stakeholders navigating the evolving educational landscape of 21st century.
